The Dingxin Intelligent Acoustic Imaging Partial Discharge Monitor consists of a partial discharge monitoring terminal and a visual gateway (4G mobile version for data upload to the cloud). The product can be wall-mounted in distribution station rooms or used handheld for mobility. It features detection functions such as acoustic wave imaging and high-frequency current partial discharge. Monitoring data can be uploaded to the monitoring platform with one click, quickly obtaining test results and diagnostic reports, thereby improving inspection efficiency and accuracy.

II. Main Functions

1.Uses non-contact acoustic fingerprint AI monitoring to real-time monitor the acoustic fingerprint partial discharge status and environmental conditions of equipment in distribution rooms, as well as the acoustic fingerprint signals generated when partial discharge occurs in switchgear;

2.The collected video signals are uploaded to the visual platform via an encrypted TIF card through the visual edge computing gateway;

3.Equipped with anti-interference algorithms and structures to filter environmental noise;

4.Configured with an ultrasonic imaging camera to generate real-time acoustic cloud images and locate fault sound sources;

5.The mobile version uploads data to the APP or PC software via 4G.
