The ultrafine negative ion composite functional powder is primarily made from natural gem-grade mineral—tourmaline (TOURMALINE)—as the main raw material. Depending on functional requirements and applications, it is combined with other inorganic oxide components. Through special composite processing and dispersion modification treatments, it is manufactured into an ultrafine powder capable of releasing negative ions and possessing other functionalities. It can serve as a functional additive and is widely used in various industries such as chemical fibers, textiles, plastics, rubber, building materials, coatings, healthcare, food packaging, and aquaculture.

Product Features:
1. Small crystal grain size (below 1.0 μm), with the maximum composite particle size less than 1.25 μm (finer than 10,000 mesh). It has a narrow particle size distribution, large specific surface area, and strong surface (interface) activity. After composite modification, particle self-agglomeration is reduced, ensuring good compatibility with applied products.
It automatically, efficiently, and persistently releases negative ions, and also emits far-infrared rays (4-14 μm), purifies air, provides antibacterial and deodorizing effects, promotes human microcirculation, and enhances biological immunity.
2. Safe with no toxic side effects. All raw and auxiliary materials are non-toxic, non-irritating, and non-radioactive natural minerals and inorganic oxides. Processed with special equipment and techniques to ensure safety, it can be used as a new green environmental material.
3. Resistant to light, does not discolor, and has excellent heat resistance, withstanding temperatures above 450°C.
4. High release rate, achieving 20,000 and 30,000 ions per cubic centimeter respectively.
