The promotion and use of semi-coke boilers have brought hope to manufacturers currently using coal-fired boilers. Our company, Shaanxi Weinan Fandel Boiler Factory, recognizing the significant demand in this environmental protection sector, leveraged the strong capabilities of our parent group and the unique technological R&D advantages of Fandel to tackle technical challenges. Addressing issues such as low volatile content in semi-coke, delayed ignition, and the presence of unburned carbon particles in the exhaust, we conducted in-depth research and continuous innovation based on existing chain grate boilers. We developed a complete set of semi-coke combustion technology, thoroughly resolving these problems, and created a new environmentally friendly semi-coke boiler, along with dust removal equipment specifically designed for the characteristics of semi-coke boilers. The products of Shaanxi Deli Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Fandel Boiler Factory, were rated as "Weinan Famous Brand Product" by the Weinan Municipal Government and the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. The legal representative, Mr. Fan Gaofeng, was elected as "Weinan Outstanding Technological Innovation Talent" (the only honor in the Weinan boiler industry). The company is the only boiler enterprise in Shaanxi specializing in the production of semi-coke boilers, semi-coke boiler retrofitting, and customized dust removal equipment for semi-coke boilers. The semi-coke boilers produced by the company were adopted as pilot projects by the "Weinan Environmental Monitoring Station" and put into trial use. In 2015, the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau organized a large number of Weinan users to visit and learn here. Additionally, there are successful cases of retrofitting various models of semi-coke boilers (semi-coke hot water heating boilers, semi-coke bath boilers, industrial steam pressure boilers, etc.). The company also develops and produces customized dust removal equipment based on the characteristics of semi-coke boilers, ensuring sufficient output while meeting environmental emission standards and achieving certain energy-saving effects. After retrofitting, the boilers are easy to seal, ignite, and ensure full combustion of semi-coke. With 30 years of experience in boiler manufacturing, the company is committed to the R&D of products with independent intellectual property rights for the Chinese market, having won 46 national patents. Three decades of experience in full industrial chain production allow for customized solutions based on demand. As a clean fuel, semi-coke produces lower levels of SO2, NOx, dust, and heavy metals during combustion compared to raw coal. Its post-combustion emissions meet environmental requirements and have been recognized as a clean energy source by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Hebei Provincial Government, without occupying coal usage quotas. Semi-coke has a high calorific value of 6,200 kcal/kg, an annual production exceeding 100 million tons, and a highly competitive price. However, due to its low volatile content and unique carbon particle structure, semi-coke faces challenges such as difficulty in ignition and incomplete combustion in ordinary boilers, which severely restricts its widespread application in industrial boilers.
