Product Introduction:

A sound insulation enclosure is a shell-like structure that encloses a noise source within a relatively small space to reduce radiation to the surrounding environment. It is an effective measure for controlling noise at the source. Sound insulation enclosures typically combine functions such as sound insulation, sound absorption, ventilation, and noise reduction.

Mainly used for: noise isolation of high-noise equipment such as outdoor air conditioning units, fans, compressors, air compressors, boiler burners, motors, various pumps, heat pump units, oxygen concentrators, ball mills, turbines, high-speed punching machines, and laser units.

Structural Performance:

The panels of the sound insulation enclosure are made of galvanized steel sheets, while the perforated panels are made of galvanized steel or aluminum sheets. Depending on the noise reduction requirements, the sound insulation panel structure consists of 4 to 7 different materials. The outer surface can be treated with spray coating, with multiple colors available for selection.

Sound insulation enclosures can be fully enclosed or semi-enclosed, fixed or movable. As needed, they can be equipped with necessary soundproof observation windows, soundproof doors, and ventilation noise reduction devices.

Generally, the insertion loss (IL) of fixed fully enclosed sound insulation enclosures is 30–40 dB(A), movable fully enclosed types are 15–30 dB(A), partially enclosed types are approximately 10–20 dB(A), and those with ventilation and heat dissipation are about 15–25 dB(A).

Model Specifications:

The dimensions of the CJ-GSZ sound insulation enclosure are determined based on the equipment size. The thickness of the sound insulation wall panels or roof panels is mainly available in two specifications: 100mm and 50mm. Custom non-standard specifications can also be made according to user requirements.
