         Product Performance Features

1   UCB170 has excellent high-temperature resistance, suitable for silicone vulcanization conditions: transfer of high-temperature vulcanized silicone at up to 220°C for over 2 hours.

2    Provides release and demolding properties for various vulcanized silicones, fluorosilicone rubbers, and high-temperature vulcanized rubbers.

3    UCB170 release agent allows secondary processing; its coating can be screen printed, color printed, and sprayed.

4    UCB171 is used for room-temperature vulcanized rubber release, is cheaper than UCB170, and helps control costs.

         Product Applications

1 Used in the transfer printing industry, providing excellent release and printability for silicone.

2 Used for demolding, offering good release properties for various silicones and fluorosilicones, and can replace Chem-Trend PMR release agent.

3 Used in pressure-sensitive tapes as an anti-adhesive and release agent for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives, and as a back-coating release agent.

4 Used as an additive in coatings and inks to provide anti-adhesion and slip enhancement, suitable for various solvent-based inks.

UCB170 is suitable for high-temperature vulcanized silicone; use 180-200 mesh screen for screen printing; apply one coat with a 200 mesh roller for coating. UCB170 air-dries in 5 minutes or can be dried by baking at 100°C for 10 seconds. Substrates

suitable for PE, PP, PET, and other sheets. UCB170 is a glossy silicone release agent; after silicone transfer, the surface remains glossy, and the release agent stays on the PET. There are various models of silicone release agents with different properties, usage methods,

           Product Packaging and Storage

Product is packaged in iron or plastic drums of 20 kg/drum. Transport as non-hazardous goods. Store in a cool, ventilated place. Shelf life is 6 months.
