Engineering hydraulic hoses
Main standards adopted include:
International standards: ISO1436, ISO3862, SAEJ517, EN853, EN856, etc. Domestic standards, enterprise standards: GB/T3683, GB/T10544, ISO1436, among which ISO3862:2009 was revised and implemented in 2009, integrating SAEJ517, R12, R13, R15 series and EN856's 4SP, 4SH series into one, comprising a total of 5 series:
—4SP type: 4-layer steel wire reinforced high-pressure hose
—4SH type: 4-layer steel wire reinforced ultra-high-pressure hose
—R12 type: 4-layer steel wire reinforced high-temperature medium-pressure hose
—R13 type: Multi-layer steel wire reinforced high-temperature high-pressure heavy-duty hose
—R15 type: Multi-layer steel wire reinforced high-temperature ultra-high-pressure heavy-duty hose.
The national standard GB/T10544 is planned to be revised in 2012, the national standard plan has been issued, and it is prepared to be equivalent to the international standard ISO3862:2009.
Introduction to Hoses Part Two
The price on the website is per meter for the hose, the price of the fittings is calculated separately. When ordering, please provide the size of the fittings.
1. Please confirm whether the hose requires internal threads or external threads. For internal threads, tell us what type of thread it is (if unsure, please use a standard caliper to measure the inner diameter of the thread). Also, specify the shape of the internal thread core interface, which is usually flat, spherical, flared, etc. For external threads, please inform us of the thread type. If unsure, use a caliper to measure the outer diameter of the thread. Also, clarify the type of interface; external thread interfaces are usually flat. Finally, please confirm whether the hose fitting is straight, a 90° elbow, or a 45° elbow.
2. Please confirm the working pressure of the hose, as this relates to the number of steel wire layers. The more steel wire layers, the higher the pressure. Provide actual sample images of the hose fittings and interfaces to avoid mistakes. If the hose pressure is unknown, you can send me the printed text on the original hose for confirmation.
3. Note that all hoses are custom-made on-site and are non-refundable or exchangeable unless there is a quality issue. Thank you for your understanding!
