The K-type reciprocating feeder utilizes a crank and connecting rod mechanism to drive a base plate inclined at 5° to perform linear reciprocating motion on rollers. When the motor is activated, it drives the inclined base plate to move linearly back and forth on the support rollers via an elastic coupling, reducer, and crank linkage mechanism, evenly discharging coal onto conveying machinery or other screening equipment. This allows coal or other loose granular and powdery materials with low abrasiveness and viscosity to be uniformly discharged from the feeding equipment to the receiving equipment.

Main features of the K1, K2, K3, K4 coal feeders used in coal preparation plants:

9. Symmetrical arrangement of the drive device and the use of dual push rods ensure balanced force distribution, smooth transmission, and eliminate torsional sway during the reciprocating motion of the base plate. 
10. The base plate features vertical stiffeners and is supported by three full-length rollers, ensuring its rigidity and eliminating the issue of bending deformation during operation common in existing reciprocating feeders. 
11. Liners are composed of small wear-resistant steel plates, making replacement lightweight and easy. Additionally, worn liner sections can be replaced specifically based on actual wear conditions, enabling rational material use and reducing maintenance costs.



Working principle of the reciprocating coal feeder:
The K-type reciprocating feeder consists of a frame, base plate (feeding trough), transmission platform, funnel gate, and support rollers. Its transmission principle: When the motor is activated, it drives the inclined base plate to move linearly back and forth on the support rollers via an elastic coupling, reducer, and crank linkage mechanism, evenly discharging coal onto conveying machinery or other screening equipment. The K-type reciprocating feeder is available in two forms: with a funnel and an adjustable gate, or without a funnel and an adjustable gate.
