Performance Overview

1. Strong External Pressure Resistance: The outer wall features a ring-shaped corrugated structure, greatly enhancing the pipe's ring stiffness and resistance to soil loads. In this regard, HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe has a clear advantage over other pipes.

2. Low Engineering Cost: Under equivalent load conditions, HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe requires thinner walls to meet requirements. Compared to solid-wall pipes of the same material and specifications, it saves about half the raw materials, making it cost-effective—another standout feature.

3. Easy Installation: Due to its light weight, HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe is easy to transport and connect, enabling quick installation and simple maintenance. Its advantages are even more pronounced under tight schedules and poor construction conditions.

4. Low Friction Coefficient, High Flow Capacity: HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes allow greater flow rates compared to other pipes of the same diameter. Alternatively, for the same flow requirements, a relatively smaller diameter HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe can be used.

5. Excellent Low-Temperature and Impact Resistance: The embrittlement temperature of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe is -70°C. No special protective measures are generally required for construction in low-temperature conditions (above -30°C), making winter construction convenient. Additionally, it offers good impact resistance.

6. Superior Chemical Stability: Since HDPE molecules are non-polar, the pipe exhibits excellent chemical stability. Most chemical media do not damage it, except for a few strong oxidizers. Common environmental factors such as soil, electricity, acids, and alkalis do not cause damage. It does not foster bacterial growth or scaling, and its flow area does not decrease over time.

7. Long Service Life: When protected from UV radiation, HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe can last over 50 years.
