The internally ribbed reinforced polyethylene (PE) spiral corrugated pipe is a newly developed all-plastic internally ribbed reinforced spiral winding corrugated pipe in the market. The pipe is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw material, featuring a large external surface area that enables pipe-soil co-resistance to pressure. It offers excellent welding effects and enhances the tensile strength of the seams. The internal rib structure helps improve the stability of the ring stiffness. The company can produce pipes in specifications ranging from DN200 to DN3000 mm, with pipe lengths of 6 meters and 9 meters.

Product Features
The pipe's corrugated winding structure is well-designed, which helps expand the contact surface with the soil. The backfill in the pipe's troughs and the pipe itself jointly withstand the pressure from the surrounding soil, forming a soil-pipe interaction mechanism.
1. The upright internal ribs in the middle of the corrugations significantly enhance the stability of the peaks, contributing to pressure and impact resistance.
2. The plastic strip welding surface has a wide width and excellent effect, resulting in high seam tensile strength of the pipe.
