2. Product Requirements:
(1) Appearance performance: Smooth and even surface, free from bubbles, ripples, impurities, sand holes, black spots, cracks. The color of the plastic garbage bin body and lid from the same batch should be consistent, and there should be no obvious deformation in the closing parts.
(2) The product is made from new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material through one-time injection molding, with high-quality reinforcement and anti-UV agents added. The pigment content reaches 5%, ensuring bright color and long-term color fastness. The aging resistance of the barrel should meet the requirements of GB/T 16422.2, with sufficient mechanical strength and good impact toughness.

(3) The front and back of the barrel feature a longitudinal concave design, making the barrel more flexible, with greater load-bearing capacity and more stable performance. Additionally, there are 13 reinforcing ribs on the top outer edge, with a rib thickness of no less than ≥6mm.

(10) Connection between rubber wheels and bottom axle: Direct insertion with anti-retreat and anti-theft connection. The axle is made of galvanized solid steel and treated for corrosion resistance; the wheel hub and rim are made of high-density polyethylene, with a solid wheel hub. The wheel hub diameter is ≥190mm, wheel face width ≥25mm, and each wheel has a load capacity of over 50KG.
