The electrical control design of this instrument adopts DSP and CPLD technology, ensuring more real-time and reliable control, allowing users to easily manage sample weight. The instrument uses a high-efficiency annular light wave tube instead of a standard infrared tube and incorporates a rapid method, significantly reducing testing time. The testing software supports both Chinese and English language settings; users can modify test parameters during the process; it features automatic power-off memory; offers three methods for printing reports for user selection; and test data can be automatically uploaded to the RS232 port. The instrument is equipped with a cooling device, allowing the furnace temperature to cool within 30 minutes after the experiment, enabling a second test quickly with high efficiency.
Operating Environment
1) Ambient temperature: 5°C to 40°C, relative humidity ≤85%;
2) Power supply: 220V±15%, 50Hz±1Hz, with a power capacity greater than 3kW.
An offline UPS with a power greater than 800W can be equipped to supply the tester's control section and PC power.
3) The protective grounding terminal of the power socket must be connected to the earth to ensure the instrument casing is reliably grounded.
4) A sturdy work surface (preferably a cement platform, as the instrument must not shake during experiments) is required to place the instrument, with dimensions approximately 700mm (width) × 1000mm (length), and a cement platform height of about 650mm.
5) The instrument should be placed in a laboratory free from strong vibrations, intense electromagnetic interference, and corrosive gases.

The classical method is suitable for measuring all coal samples, coke, or other solid powdered substances.
The rapid method is not suitable for measuring coal samples or other solid powdered substances prone to oxidation and deterioration.
