Pipe characteristics: Made primarily from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) through extrusion molding and winding. It features resistance to settlement, dynamic load stretching, and other properties. The pipe length is generally about 0.5-1.0 meters, short and lightweight, making it convenient for construction and installation even in small spaces. Its joints mostly adopt a concave-convex double-lock self-sealing structure, ensuring tight connections, no deformation, no leakage, corrosion and acid resistance, as well as seismic and shear resistance without disconnection.

Construction process: Using directional drilling as the construction equipment, the drill rod is first advanced along the designed trajectory. After the drill rod reaches the working shaft, a tunneling drill bit is installed. A short rod is mounted on one side of the working shaft, with a pull-through pipe plug installed between the short rod and the drill bit. The first section of the pipeline is tightly connected to the plug, and a backrest top plate is installed on the short rod to push against the other end of the pipeline, pulling it into place.
