Slime Stripper HT-506 is a compound composed of dispersants, high-efficiency ionic surfactants, and strong penetrants. It features high efficiency, broad-spectrum activity, and rapid efficacy, quickly penetrating into the slime layer and exhibiting strong stripping and cleaning effects on biological slime. This product is effective over a wide pH range and remains effective under alkaline conditions. Slime Stripper HT-506 is non-corrosive to metals, rubber, plastics, etc., easily soluble in water, and unaffected by water hardness.

HT-506 Slime Stripper is widely used for cleaning and stripping slime in circulating cooling water and wastewater treatment systems across various industries. It also serves as a bactericide and algaecide for circulating water systems, a cleaning agent, and a papermaking preservative. When used as a slime stripper, the dosage is generally 100-200 mg/L based on the system's water holding capacity. For heavier algal growth, the dosage may be appropriately increased to achieve rapid killing and stripping effects. After adding this product, if pollutants appear in the circulating water due to stripping, floating matter should be promptly removed to prevent secondary deposition. When used as a bactericide and algaecide, the typical dosage is 50-100 mg/L.

HT-506 Slime Stripper must not be mixed with anionic surfactants such as PAA or HPMA, nor should it be used together with chlorophenol-based agents.

IV. Packaging and Storage

Slime Stripper is packaged in plastic drums, with each drum containing 25 kg or 200 kg, or as per customer requirements. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated indoor area with a shelf life of ten months.

V. Safety Precautions

Slime Stripper causes no significant skin irritation. Labor protection measures should be observed during operation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. In case of splashing, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
