HT-0310 Reverse Osmosis Cleaner (Acidic)

I. Product Performance

HT-0310 Reverse Osmosis Cleaner is a low pH liquid formulation used to remove metal hydroxides, calcium carbonate, and other types of scale.

III. Usage Instructions

(1) Inspect the cleaning tank, pipelines, and safety filter; replace the filter cartridge if necessary;

(2) Fill the cleaning tank with an appropriate amount of reverse osmosis product water;

(3) Slowly add the calculated dosage, circulate and mix the cleaning solution with a water pump, and measure the pH to ensure it is between 2.0-3.0;

(4) Circulate for cleaning, measuring the pH every 5-20 minutes. When the pH rises above 4, add a certain amount of cleaner or acid. Continue until the pH no longer increases, indicating the cleaning is complete;

(5) For severe contamination, it may be necessary to completely drain the first batch of cleaning solution to prevent redeposition of contaminants, then prepare a new cleaning solution;

(6) During circulation, monitor the temperature rise and ensure it does not exceed the specified limit. The typical dilution ratio is 10% of the total cleaning solution.

HT-0310 Reverse Osmosis Cleaner is a liquid product packaged in 25 kg drums.

V. Safety and Protection

This product is weakly acidic. Use appropriate labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
