Injection Molding Silicone Operation Method:

1. First, the customer must have an injection molding machine, which many also call a shot machine (plastic injection machines cannot be used for silicone injection).

2. The injection machine has two pipelines for A and B. After hydraulic extrusion, they converge into one pipeline where A and B mix uniformly. The extrusion mold temperature ranges between 150-180 degrees Celsius.

3. The viscosity requirement for injection molding silicone is between 300,000 to 1,200,000.

4. Injection silicone hardness selection recommendations: 0-10 degrees: Small products like earphone plugs, silicone breast pads, adult products; 30 degrees: Small sealing rings; 40 degrees: Large sealing rings; 40-50 degrees: Medical catheters, automotive hose fittings, high-pressure sealing rings; 50-60 degrees: Kitchen utensil handles; 60-70 degrees: Sports equipment; 80 degrees: Special products like camera frames, silicone positioning plugs.
