Body Silicone is a two-component addition-curing silicone rubber that cures at elevated or room temperature. This product is a colorless or flesh-colored oily liquid that becomes a soft elastic material after curing. It can be used to make flexible silicone rubber products such as human shapes, beauty models, chest pads, patches, SMT self-adhesive patches, shoulder pads, anti-slip pads, etc.
Features of Body Silicone:
It can be used for a long time and maintain its soft elastic properties within a temperature range of -65°C to 200°C. It has excellent electrical properties and chemical stability, resistance to water, ozone, and weather aging. It is physiologically inert, non-corrosive, odorless, has low linear shrinkage, and is easy to operate.

Usage Method: Mix components A and B in a 1:1 ratio uniformly. After vacuum degassing, it can be poured. The working time depends on temperature (0.5-3 hours). Curing time (room temperature) is 12-24 hours. Heating at 80-120°C can cure it in tens of minutes. For room temperature fast-drying type, working time is less than 30 minutes, and curing time is 1 hour. It can be formulated into skin color, red, yellow, or other colors according to user requirements.
Precautions: Body silicone uses platinum catalyst. Water, impurities, organic tin catalysts, acids, alkalis, and other organic substances containing phosphorus or nitrogen may affect the curing of the silicone. Do not mix or come into contact with these substances during use.
Packaging: Component A 20kg, Component B 20kg. Transport as non-hazardous goods. Shelf life: half a year. Store sealed, protected from acids, alkalis, and impurities.
