Hong Fenghao Condensation Type Mold Silicone is a high-performance environmentally friendly silicone rubber, two-component curing at room temperature or with heating. It features moderate viscosity, good fluidity, easy operation, suitability for casting and brushing processes, excellent dimensional stability, low linear shrinkage rate, no limitation by product thickness, deep curing capability, and no reversion when heated in a sealed environment. It does not generate heat during cross-linking and produces no low-molecular by-products. It offers excellent high-temperature resistance (300-500°C), high tensile and tear strength, and numerous mold replication cycles.

Hong Fenghao Condensation Type Mold Silicone Material is mainly used for the production of silicone molds for small and medium-sized craft items such as Buddha statues, ceramic craft Buddha statues, imitation jade statue molds, fiberglass resin or complex patterned Buddha craft products. It is also suitable for traditional craft items like Buddha statues, Guanyin plaster molds, character sculptures, resin craft decorations, relief Buddha statues, and other products requiring precise mold manufacturing.

Application characteristics of Hong Fenghao Condensation Type Mold Silicone Material:

1. The resulting silicone molds are lightweight, elastic, high in tear resistance, easy to operate, and facilitate demolding;

2. Composed of A and B two-component liquid silicone, it cures quickly at room temperature with excellent fluidity and ease of operation. At room temperature, adding 2%—3% curing agent allows operation within 30 minutes, and it sets within 3—5 hours;

3. Better fluidity, low viscosity for easy operation, low shrinkage rate, and reusable;
