1. High metering accuracy, with an error within 0.2%. The equipment is unaffected by the temperature, density changes, or bubbles of the medium, ensuring stable accuracy. It can meter liquids mixed with semi-solids and features an automatic tare function.

3. Production efficiency: 40–50 barrels/hour (based on 200Kg), approximately 8–12 IBC barrels (depending on the feed flow rate). The filling speed is primarily determined by the pump's flow rate; higher viscosity liquids fill more slowly.

Operating Steps:

1. Place an empty barrel on the machine's weighing platform, aligning the barrel opening with the filling nozzle.

2. Set the required filling weight in kilograms and press the start button.

3. Automatic taring. The lifting head descends, and the discharge port opens after entering the container for rapid filling.

4. When the deceleration value is reached, the reflux pneumatic valve automatically opens for slow filling.

5. When the target value is reached, the discharge port closes.

6. The lifting head rises.
