The instrument displays real-time measurement data and automatically stops the pump and closes the valve upon reaching the preset quantity. It also supports cyclic filling. Measurement results are unaffected by temperature changes. Measurement parameters (density, equivalent, remaining quantity, temperature compensation coefficient) can be viewed and modified at any time through the control instrument, facilitating online system accuracy calibration. The instrument features remote start/stop functionality. After setting the filling quantity, one operator can independently perform filling using the filling gun and remote control, reducing labor intensity, saving manpower, and improving work efficiency.

Handheld Filling Machine consists of a quantitative measurement control instrument, pipeline flow transmitter, temperature sensor, etc. During liquid transportation, it collects flow signals and temperature variation signals in real time. The control instrument initially inputs the standard density of the liquid at 20°C, then synchronously converts the flow and temperature signals using conversion coefficients to calculate the mass in kilograms. It automatically stops the pump and closes the valve when the preset quantitative amount is reached, achieving a precision of 0.2% in quantitative mass measurement. The instrument can also print the kilogram amount of the dispatched liquid.

[Brief Workflow]

1. Position the barrels (can be arranged in rows for convenient filling).

2. Directly input the quantitative filling value and number of barrels on the liquid quantitative measurement control instrument;

3. Insert the filling gun into the barrel and start the instrument to begin measuring and filling the large barrels;

4. The control instrument issues a start command, opening relevant valves and starting the pump to begin dispensing and filling measurement;

5. Close the relevant valves and pump when the preset filling value is reached;

6. Move to the second barrel, insert the filling gun, and follow steps 3, 4, and 5 above to fill until all large barrels are completed.

The above process is an automatic filling procedure controlled by the instrument. Filling can be initiated via remote control or instrument buttons (explosion-proof remote control function is optional).

[Operation Process] Taking25kg/barrel, needing to fill 20 barrels as an example:

1. Insert the filling gun into the barrel

2. Keyboard operation:25→ Preset Quantity →20→ Start (filling begins, automatically stops pump after reaching 25kg)

3. Insert the filling gun into another empty barrel and press Start again...... until 20 barrels are filled.
