Hengshui Changjiang Prestressed Co., Ltd. was established in 1996, specializing in the research and development of bridge prestressed structural engineering and prestressed anchoring systems. It has formed a scientifically and technologically advanced enterprise with a rational overall layout, advanced process technology, excellent production equipment, complete testing facilities, and a comprehensive quality assurance system, integrating research, production, sales, and construction, occupying a leading position in the domestic industry.    

    In recent years, with the support and assistance of experts from the China Academy of Building Research, the Academy of Railway Sciences, and the Transportation Planning and Design Institute, extensive research has been conducted on prestressed foundation structures, prestressed anchoring series, bridge bearings, and special bridge expansion devices. Successfully developed products include the TVM series of anchors, tensioning equipment, rebar connecting sleeves, shock absorption bearings, and the TQS series of special expansion devices for railway bridges. In 1997, the TVM series of anchors became the first in the industry to pass the "fatigue test" conducted by the National Quality Inspection Center in accordance with FIP international standards. In 1998, the TVM series of anchors passed the "provincial appraisal," reaching the domestic leading level. In 1999, it was recognized as a high-tech product, and in the same year, the TVM series of anchors was also rated as a "National Key New Product." In 2000, it became the first in the industry to pass the ISO9001 "International Quality Certification" by the China Fangyuan Committee. The TVM series of anchors and supporting products have been widely used in national key projects such as highways, railways, water conservancy, and power engineering.    

    The commencement of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project provided development opportunities for the prestressed industry. With the guidance and assistance of experts from the China Academy of Building Research, Tsinghua University, the China Water Resources Design General Institute, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission, the focus has been on the research of "ring-shaped mesh prestressed structures" for ultra-large diameter centripetal stress high-pressure water transmission pipes. Through various tests, all standards have exceeded the relevant design requirements of the "South-to-North Water Diversion" project. The company has obtained 9 utility model patents and 8 invention patents, which are currently being used in the Yellow River Crossing Project.
