ANSI Standard White Fused Alumina F400# Suspension Treated Alumina Polishing Powder is produced from low-sodium alumina powder as raw material, which is melted and crystallized electrically, first ground into powder by a mill, then acid-washed to remove impurities, and classified by hydraulic overflow. Its processing technology is complex, with the micro-powder grade white fused alumina having a concentrated particle size distribution and no large particles, making it suitable for fine grinding and polishing. Due to its high chemical stability, high hardness, strong thermal stability, and good wear resistance, it is also widely used in wear-resistant coatings, industrial ceramics, and other industries.

White fused aluminum oxide F280 applied to ANSI standard is made from high-quality alumina by melting above 2000 in the electric arc furnace and cooling. It is white with the main crystal phase alpha-Al2O3.
