This product utilizes German technology, replacing traditional high-temperature alkaline and medium-temperature oil removal methods. It largely avoids the use of raw materials that are difficult to clean at low temperatures and are corrosive and hazardous. It is a broad-spectrum oil and grease removal cleaner suitable for both saponifiable and non-saponifiable oils, as well as for metals and non-metals. It provides excellent treatment effects on oil stains on various steel plate surfaces at low temperatures. In industrial applications, this product offers good stability, large treatment area, low cost, no secondary oil carryover, and no environmental pollution.

III. Material for Oil Removal Tanks or Nozzles:

Tanks can be made of thick-walled plastic plates or low-carbon steel (with internal anti-corrosion lining). Exchangers and nozzles should be made of stainless steel. Piping and pumps should also be stainless steel to reduce maintenance work.

VI. Preparation Method for Oil Removal Working Solution (Based on 1000 Liters):

1. Fill the treatment tank to 60% capacity with water;

2. Add 50–80 kg of Degreaser SQ-CY100 type, stirring continuously until fully dissolved;

3. Add the remaining water to make up to 1000 liters.

VII. Treatment Conditions:

Free alkalinity: 12–25 pt    Temperature: Above 0°C to 60°C     Treatment time: 3–8 minutes (extend accordingly if temperature is too low or oil is too heavy).

IX. Replenishment and Adjustment:

1. Due to continuous use during production, the oil removal and degreasing performance of the working solution may weaken. When the pH value is below 9, replenishment is needed. Add one-third of the initial tank preparation amount to continue working. For heavy workloads, frequent replenishment is recommended. Generally, add 4–5 kg per ton of tank daily, mix well, and use. Alternatively, regularly test the free alkalinity of the working solution. If it is outside the normal working range, replenish accordingly. Generally, adding 1.7–2 kg of concentrated agent increases free alkalinity by one point.

2. Due to continuous use, sediment in the tank increases, necessitating tank cleaning. During cleaning, allow the working solution to clarify, remove the clear upper portion, discard the sediment, clean the tank thoroughly, then return the clear portion to the tank. Add water to the initial tank volume, then add the degreaser and mix well to continue working. The replenishment ratio is the same as the initial tank preparation ratio.

X. Other Matters:

Higher temperature and increased degreaser content can improve degreasing effectiveness.
