1. Product Use and Characteristics

FC-Flexible Ceramic Wear-Resistant, Heat-Resistant Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosion Coating is a two-component modified epoxy resin coating, serving as a novel wear-resistant, heat-resistant, and heavy-duty anti-corrosion solution. The coating utilizes modified ceramic powder as the primary filler, offering excellent wear and heat resistance. With high solid content, it reduces the number of coating layers required, significantly improving work efficiency. The coating contains low solvent content, meeting environmental requirements. Experimental results demonstrate extremely low water absorption, excellent permeability resistance, and superior anti-corrosion performance. It is suitable for wear-resistant, heat-resistant, and heavy-duty anti-corrosion protection of offshore steel structures, oil (water) pipelines, and pumps.

2. Coating Composition

This coating is a two-component modified epoxy resin coating, packaged separately as Component A and Component B;

Component A (light gray liquid) Component B (brown liquid)

The ratio between the components is determined through extensive testing. For convenience, the product is packaged in proportional sets upon delivery.
