Includes supplementary service functions such as extension intercom, automatic attendant, voicemail, address book, call transfer, call waiting, call restriction, three-way calling, ring groups, etc.

Built-in multimedia dispatch server, providing basic dispatch service processing capabilities and dispatch system interfaces, offering various dispatch applications for clients.

Supports real-time status monitoring, incoming call monitoring, voice dispatch, group call conferencing, broadcast intercom, real-time monitoring, forced insertion, forced disconnect, transfer, and other dispatch functions.

Supports recording, enabling centralized recording and compression transcoding of voice dispatch processes, supports user permission management, high-speed retrieval of massive data, and statistical reporting functions; allows recording queries based on information such as caller number/callee number/date, etc.; supports management operations such as playback and download of recording records. Recording methods: supports manual recording and automatic recording.
