Overview

GT-HB electric grease pump is specifically designed and developed for the shaft end sealing of large dual horizontal shaft mixers in mixing stations and mixing buildings. It is a 1-6 outlet electric lubrication pump that fully meets the lubrication and sealing requirements of mixers under harsh working conditions, making it widely used in this field. It can also be applied in: industrial equipment,construction machinery, mining machinery,cement vertical kilns, rubber mixers, fertilizer furnaces, gas generators, and other equipment, as well as large-scale equipment industries such as metallurgy, port equipment, rubber and plastic, forging, ceramics, etc..

Features

l This lubrication system does not use traditional progressive distributors. Instead, 1-6 pump units directly supply oil to the 1-6 shaft ends of the mixer, avoiding blockages in progressive distributors, reducing the failure rate of the lubrication system, and lowering maintenance and upkeep costs.

l 1-6 oil outlets can be equipped with shock-resistant pressure gauges, making it easy to observe whether the lubrication system is working properly, facilitating timely fault detection, and ensuring the normal operation of the mixer.

l The oil pipes are made of polycarbonate material, which is sturdy and durable, suitable for harsh working environments.

l The pump unit has a small displacement, making it suitable for the continuous oil supply required for mixer shaft end sealing..

l The GT-HB model is suitable for PLC system control or manual control.

l The nominal flow rate for each oil outlet is1.8ml/3ml/5.5ml/minute, available for selection.
