Intelligent Interlocking Belt Cleaning Box:

1. Intelligent remote/local operation: Automatically sprays and cleans the belt and the interior of the box upon receiving signals via solenoid valves, discharging wastewater into the drainage ditch.

2. The installed flameproof solenoid valve for mining operates in interlock with the belt. A mutual inductor detects the belt's operating signal to open/close the electrically controlled throttling ball valve, supplying water to each spray component. Power cables and control signal cables must be laid on-site.

3. Operating conditions: When using fire-fighting sprinkler or industrial water, two open-circuit water filters must be configured. Coal slurry filtered wastewater must not be used.

The dual-alloy T-type centrifugal cleaner features a full-machine scraper with a front-rear cross shape, arranged parallel and vertical to the steel frame. Single-row I-shaped segmented alloy scrapers or front-rear cross scrapers suspended behind the frame are not allowed (I-shaped single-row scrapers tend to trap materials, and scrapers suspended behind the frame have limited support strength). The adjustment seat uses electroplated painted steel spring elastic tensioning with zinc-plated fixation. The scraper and steel frame are arranged parallel and vertical, with the scraper sliding into the same dovetail groove track on the steel frame. The dovetail groove is made of alumina.

The return belt cleaning box integrates multi-stage cleaners, a water spray system, and an air-drying system. The conveyor belt spray cleaning and material flushing use independent water inlets, controlled separately by the electric control system. The belt cleaning box comes with a booster pump to ensure an outlet pressure of no less than 0.4 MPA. It includes a spray device, cleaning device, and belt drying device. The spray device reduces material adhesion, the cleaner blades inside the box scrape off attachments, and a high-pressure air knife blows away residual water traces left after scraping.
