Product Usage
Building Material Flammability Tester features a cabinet made of 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel with painted coating and anti-static treatment; the electronic control part uses a digital display instrument for automatic ignition, automatic timing, and electric control adjustment of the sample's X and Y axes.
Building Material Flammability Tester has an aesthetically pleasing design, is resistant to smoke corrosion, and features separate control for the control and experimental parts, making it easy to operate. Flame temperature and test procedures are automatically controlled.
The equipment meets the main technical indicators and requirements specified in GB T 8626-2007 "Test Method for Flammability of Building Materials" and is suitable for determining whether building materials and their products are flammable under specified conditions. It is mainly used for evaluating the flame retardant grades B1 and B2 of insulation materials such as extruded boards, molded boards, polystyrene boards, polyurethane, and phenolic boards.
