Through the synergistic effect of polymer polymerization technology and mineral materials, it achieves efficient utilization of red mud resources. This product is tailored to the high alkalinity and low-grade characteristics of red mud, optimizing the molecular cross-linking structure to rapidly form a three-dimensional network binding system at room temperature. This ensures tight cohesion of red mud particles, with formed pellets achieving a compressive strength of over 100kg, meeting transportation and smelting requirements.

The product offers significant core advantages: it uses an environmentally friendly formula free of sulfur and phosphorus, with an addition rate of only 1%-2%, significantly reducing usage costs; it has a short curing cycle, with wet pellets remaining intact after a 2-meter drop and exhibiting excellent anti-powdering performance after drying; it withstands high temperatures up to 1200°C, making it suitable for high-temperature process environments such as rotary kilns in aluminum plants. To address the issue of expansion due to CaO content in red mud, a special consolidation process inhibits crystal expansion, ensuring pellet stability. Additionally, the binder does not introduce impurities, preserving valuable components such as iron and aluminum in the red mud, thereby enhancing resource recovery rates.

Based on red mud composition analysis, Jinhan's technical team has developed two product series: a high-calcium formula to solve the powdering issue of materials with high calcium oxide content, and a high-moisture formula to optimize the forming efficiency of high-moisture red mud. The product has been successfully applied in multiple aluminum enterprises across China, enabling efficient forming of mixed materials such as red mud, fly ash, and coal gangue, helping companies achieve zero solid waste discharge goals.
