4. The evaporation process occurs under vacuum, ensuring both hygiene and environmental protection requirements while significantly reducing the evaporation temperature. Coupled with the thermal compression pump, part of the secondary steam is re-inhaled and mixed with live steam, saving live steam. Additionally, as the steam from the thermal compression pump enters the heating shell in a jet mist form, it diffuses rapidly, ensuring gentle heating of the material, making it suitable for concentrating heat-sensitive substances.
5. The equipment is suitable for evaporating and concentrating foamy materials. As the material evaporates in a thin film inside the heating tubes, vapor-liquid separation occurs. Meanwhile, at the bottom of the effect body, most of the material is extracted, with only a small portion entering the separator along with all the secondary steam for enhanced separation. The entire process avoids significant impact, preventing foam formation.
6. For food evaporation and concentration, the equipment can also serve a sterilization function. The material is preheated first, then enters the sterilizer, reaching above 94°C and maintaining for about 24 seconds before entering the first effect body, where it rapidly flash-evaporates, causing an instant temperature drop.
7. The equipment can be equipped with a CIP cleaning system for in-place cleaning, ensuring convenient operation and no dead ends.
