The W-B92 Webster Hardness Tester is a lightweight instrument for rapid hardness testing of soft steel materials. It provides fast and simple measurements with direct hardness value readings at a clamp. The W-B92 Webster Hardness Tester is suitable for testing stainless steel and low carbon steel materials, including cold-rolled sheets, hot-rolled sheets, galvanized sheets, seamless steel pipes, welded pipes, and other steel products. Low Carbon Steel Webster Hardness Tester Detailed Introduction

The W-B92 Webster Hardness Tester is calibrated using HRB standard Rockwell hardness blocks, with a measurement range equivalent to 48-100HRB. This hardness range covers almost all common soft steel materials. Comparative tests show that the measured values of the W-B92 hardness tester have an approximate linear relationship with HRB Rockwell hardness values, as shown in the figure below. The W-B92 hardness tester can be used as a convenient HRB Rockwell hardness tester.

Hardness Blocks
