The vibration finishing machine adopts an advanced spiral flow and three-dimensional vibration processing principle, enabling large-scale production while saving labor, effort, and energy. It is suitable for surface polishing, deburring, edge rounding, grinding, and gloss finishing of small to medium-sized workpieces. The process does not damage the original shape and dimensional accuracy of the parts, eliminates internal stress, and improves surface smoothness and precision. The machine operates by using a vibration motor as the excitation source, generating a three-dimensional vibration in the working barrel. The vibration motor is equipped with eccentric weights at both ends. When the motor rotates at high speed, the excitation forces generated by the two eccentric weights vary along the circumference in the horizontal plane, causing the machine body to perform a circular motion horizontally. Simultaneously, since the excitation force does not pass through the center of mass of the body, an inclined excitation torque is produced, making the barrel oscillate around the horizontal axis. Due to the circular shape of the barrel bottom, the amplitude varies at different points, causing the formed grinding media and workpieces inside the barrel to both revolve around the vertical central axis and tumble around the center of the ring. The resulting composite motion is a circular spiral movement. Additionally, the barrel features a spiral elevation, allowing the grinding media and workpieces to slide upward along the spiral surface. This motion increases friction between the workpieces and grinding media, enhancing finishing efficiency. To reduce wear from the grinding media and workpieces during operation and minimize noise, the inner wall of the barrel is lined with wear-resistant rubber or polyurethane. A noise reduction cover can also be added to further decrease noise levels.
