This leads to the formation of significant deposits like coke and carbonized sludge within the system, which can impair normal operation, reduce flow rate, lower heating temperature, and adversely affect production equipment. For instance, uneven heating of the hot plate may render it inoperable.Therefore,it is essential to employ effective cleaning methods to removecoke, carbonization, and other deposits from the inner walls of the heat transfer oil press, ensuring uniform temperature distribution.

Through powerful penetration, stripping, and dissolution, it loosens and dissolves oil sludge and other mineral deposits, suspending them in the chemical solution for easy discharge. It effectively addresses uneven heat transfer in hot plates and can simultaneously remove carbonized substances and coke particles mixed within the sludge. It ensures a descaling rate of over 98.7%, causes no corrosion or adverse effects on equipment during cleaning,and is safefor human contact.

Scope of Application:

Usage Method:
1、Drain the remaining heat transfer oil from the system.

2、Connect the pressing machine to an external circulation pump and circulation tank to form a circulation system.
2、After addingJIT-Q8212 Heat Transfer Oil Carbon Deposit Cleanerto the circulation tank, circulate for cleaning2-4 hours, then discharge the waste cleaning solution. If the carbon deposit layer exceeds 4-5 mm, appropriately extend the soaking and circulation cleaning time to4-6hours. Note: Ensure the system maintains some pressure during discharge to facilitate the smooth expulsion of dislodged carbon deposits and prevent pipe blockage.
3、After cleaning with JIT-Q8212 Heat Transfer Oil Carbon Deposit Cleaner, no rinsing with water is required. Once the surface is dry, directly add heat transfer oil and start operation.
Precautions:
1、This product has strong degreasing properties; wear rubber gloves for prolonged use. If accidentally splashed on skin, rinse thoroughly with water.
2、This product is volatile; ensure good ventilation during use and keep sealed during storage.
