The equipment adopts an overall rigid bed, hydraulic mechanism clamping, fast and slow dual-speed sliding table, and a linkage structure with a ratchet swing rod and a high-torque low-speed hydraulic motor. It features high disassembly torque, flexible adjustment of disassembly force, convenient and flexible operation, and electro-hydraulic auxiliary control. It reduces the labor intensity of workers and significantly improves work efficiency. It solves the problem of manually disassembling the threaded guide sleeves of support hydraulic cylinders that are rusted and stuck. At the same time, it effectively avoids the phenomenon of equipment and workpiece damage caused by overload in traditional reducer-driven dismantling machines. Due to the continuous adjustability of torque, disassembly and assembly can be performed with planned forward and reverse rotation, and real-time control of speed and torque makes the system equipment more reliable and convenient. Except for the manual removal of the retaining key, all other processes can be disassembled and assembled using this equipment. Additionally, this machine can also be used for the horizontal assembly of retaining key-type columns and threaded columns.
