Main characteristics of the variety:
Mid-early maturing Hami melon variety, with robust plant growth. It takes about 45 days from female flower blooming to fruit maturity. The fruit is short-elliptical in shape, with a light netted green rind. When mature, the melon is densely covered with netting. The flesh is orange-red, fine-textured, and has a pleasant flavor with a milky fragrance. The central sugar content reaches about 18 degrees Brix. Each fruit weighs approximately 2 kilograms, with thick flesh and a small cavity. It has excellent storage and transport tolerance, as well as outstanding disease resistance. Suitable for early spring and autumn extended cultivation, it is highly favored by customers.
Main cultivation measures:
Raise seedlings with nutrient-rich soil, adopt single-vine training, pinch the main vine at 20-25 leaves, and retain fruits on the 12th to 15th lateral branches. Select 1-2 fruits per plant.
