Product Introduction:

Flame Retardant CZ-A60T30G is a silicon-based flame retardant. This product complies with EU ROHS and REACH regulatory standards. It features a low addition ratio and ease of use.

Flame Retardant Mechanism:

During the combustion process of polymers, this product acts as an acid catalyst, promoting partial cross-linking and carbonization within the system, thereby forming a protective char layer that prevents the escape of volatile decomposition products. It also lowers the decomposition temperature of antimony oxyhalides generated during the reaction between halogen-based flame retardants and Sb₂O₃, thus assisting in flame retardation.

Product Features and Reference Formulation:

1. This product exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, with a thermal weight loss of only 0.5‰ at temperatures up to 340°C, demonstrating outstanding thermal stability in compounded formulations.

2. It can be applied in copper-clad laminates and halogen-containing materials to enhance flame retardancy and suppress smoke.

3. When used in combination with Sb₂O₃, it can reduce the dosage of Sb₂O₃ by 30%–70% while achieving the same flame retardant effect, thereby reducing costs.

4. Adding less than 3% of this product improves the fluidity of the material, enhancing dimensional stability and surface smoothness of the finished products.

5. This product undergoes special surface treatment, ensuring good compatibility and adhesion with plastics, significant viscosity reduction, increased filler loading, and improved reinforcement.

Product Packaging and Storage:

This product is classified as non-hazardous and can be transported as general cargo. It is packaged in 20 kg or 25 kg composite paper bags and should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
