Product Description:NIKONikoY-Type Bellows Globe Valve features a straight-through flow path design, which offers lower fluid resistance compared to conventional globe valves. This structure accelerates media flow, reduces pressure loss, and minimizes energy consumption, making it particularly suitable for viscous and caking-prone media. The valve body is manufactured using German coated sand casting technology, significantly improving surface finish and mechanical properties while reducing porosity, sand holes, and cracks, thereby enhancing the tensile strength of the casting. When the valve is closed, the conical sealing surface with a "scraping effect" automatically removes surface impurities, ensuring reliable sealing and extended service life of the valve disc.
NIKONikoY-Type Bellows Globe Valve Structural Features:Dual sealing design (bellows + packing), compliant with international sealing standards. All bellows undergo 100% helium testing, and all valves undergo 100% standard testing to ensure zero leakage. For products above DN150, a special device (patented by our company) is installed to effectively prevent valve trembling, noise, and internal component damage during use, extending service life by over 150%. Various disc designs, such as throttling discs and globe check discs, can be provided based on operational requirements.
