The valve seat and spherical valve core are made of high-quality alloy, offering wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and durability. The spherical valve core provides excellent sealing performance. It is precision-ground and matched with the valve seat in a mechanical device, ensuring good sealing, no concentrated wear during operation, and extended service life. It has excellent air venting performance. The inverted bucket is equipped with overflow vent holes, effectively preventing steam locking and air blocking. It allows a backpressure rate (90%) and is resistant to water hammer. The open bucket structure prevents damage from water hammer. Maintenance is simple. Internal components are made of stainless steel and installed on the valve cover, with a filter screen device for easy daily maintenance.
