How to correctly install and usethe Y-type filter?First, we need to understand the pipeline. Generally, the Y-type filter is used in conjunction with globe valves, gate valves, and ball valves. The most common pairing is with globe valves,because even in a clean pipeline medium,there may be fine sand particles and impurities,If the Y-type filter is not installed before the globe valve,impurities and sand particles may damage the sealing surface of the globe valve,resulting in internal leakage of the globe valve. Generally, the Y-type filter is installed before globe valves and other valves, and after the pump,When the fluid from the pump emerges,it first passes through the Y-type filter for filtration. After filtration, it flows to other valves, effectively protecting other valves and maintaining pipeline cleanliness. After a period of use, the filter screen inside the Y-type filter should be removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. This allows for reuse, reducing costs.
