Good air venting performance: the inverted bucket is equipped with overflow vent holes, effectively preventing steam locking and air blocking. Allowed back pressure rate (90%), resistant to water hammer. The open bucket structure will not be damaged by water hammer. Easy maintenance: internal parts are made of stainless steel, all installed on the valve cover, and equipped with a filter screen device, making daily maintenance simple. Optional inverted bucket steam trap with built-in check valve: the inverted bucket steam trap with built-in check valve is an ideal steam trap for low superheat steam conditions.
NIKONiko Inverted Bucket Flange Steam Trap Selection Criteria:Condensate load (discharge capacity) kg/h*, maximum working pressure, working pressure difference, valve body material and nominal pressure, connection type and size. The selection factor for condensate load is generally between 2-3. The opening and closing of the inverted bucket steam trap are based on the density difference between condensate and steam, ensuring accurate and reliable operation.
