Product Description:NIKONikoBellows Globe Valve utilizes automatic roll welding to create a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, ensuring a zero-leakage stem design. The internal structure of the bellows globe valve features a bellows design, with the lower end of the stainless steel bellows welded to the stem via a stainless steel gasket to prevent process fluid from corroding the stem. The other end is placed between the valve body and the bonnet to form a static seal. The double sealing design ensures that if the bellows fail, the stem packing will still prevent leakage. The bellows are welded to the stem to maintain stable operational performance and avoid stem vibration caused by disc vibration.
