Product Description: NIKO Niko Angle Type Bellows Globe Valve, featuring a 90-degree right-angle outlet, is suitable for installation at the corners of pipeline systems, which not only saves on 90-degree elbows, reducing material and space usage, but also facilitates operation. The valve body utilizes German coated sand casting technology, significantly improving the surface finish and mechanical properties of the valve body, reducing the occurrence of pores, sand holes, and cracks, and enhancing the tensile strength of the casting. When the valve is closed, the conical sealing surface with a 'scraping effect' automatically removes surface impurities, ensuring reliable sealing and a longer service life for the valve disc. The dual sealing design (bellows + packing) meets international sealing standards. All bellows are 100% tested with helium, and all valves are 100% tested to standard, ensuring no leakage. For products above DN150, a special device (patented by our company) is added to effectively prevent shaking, noise, and internal damage during use, extending the service life by more than 150%. Various disc designs can be provided according to working condition requirements, such as throttle-type discs, globe check-type discs, etc.
