HSY-5198D Fully Automatic Drill Pipe Thread Compound Cone Penetrometer (Standard Full Cone) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements and relevant regulations of the standard SY/T5198-2020 "Drill Pipe Thread Compound" and GB/T269 "Standard Test Method for Cone Penetration of Lubricating Grease and Petroleum Grease". It is mainly suitable for testing the cone penetration of drill pipe thread compound used for connecting threads of drilling tools in oil and gas fields, mining, and geological drilling. Working cone penetration is an indicator of the hardness of the thread compound, which is related to the ease of application. According to standard requirements, the working cone penetration of drill pipe thread compound should be between 290-350 (0.1mm) at 25 degrees and 150g load (standard full cone). This instrument can also be used with additional accessories for testing materials such as solid fine particles, powders, colloids, frozen substances, as well as food raw materials like cheese, gum, tallow, margarine, cream, and fermented products. It is widely applicable in the food industry, transportation and highway engineering, and other industrial sectors.

I. Main Features

1. The instrument mainly consists of a chassis bracket, touch display, lead screw lifting system, constant temperature control system, cone connecting rod assembly, displacement measurement system, and other components.

2. It uses computer control technology to automatically complete the cone penetration test and displays the test results automatically after the experiment.

3. The touch screen human-machine interface is intuitive, rich in content, and easy to operate.

4. The automatic lifting structure ensures smooth and accurate positioning. It uses a rotary encoder switch and lifting button switch, driven by a stepper motor to actuate the lead screw slider, enabling high-precision adjustment with quick lifting jogging.

5. The instrument integrates an internal constant temperature water bath with cooling and heating functions. It employs semiconductor cooling technology and PID control algorithm, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C, meeting national standard temperature requirements.

6. The designed cold light source cone illumination technology facilitates convenient and accurate cone alignment. The cone rod assembly mechanism is high-precision, quick-disassembly, and strictly complies with national standard specifications.

7. The system can store 200 sets of data, which can be viewed directly on the touch screen or exported via USB data transfer. The system also comes with a 485 interface (MODBUS protocol) for real-time data networking.

8. The self-developed computer control software enables communication with a computer for cone penetration testing.

9. Various specifications of grease workers (also known as workers) and desktop micro printers can be optionally configured according to user needs.
