Design Features
The spiral nozzle (SPJT) is a solid cone or hollow cone spray nozzle with a spray angle range of 60 to 170 degrees. At 3 bar pressure, the liquid flow rate ranges from 5.5 to 140 liters per minute.
This compact nozzle features an unobstructed flow channel design that minimizes liquid clogging and allows for maximum liquid flow through pipes of a given size. The spiral nozzle can be installed or upgraded in most piping systems.
Available nozzles come with NPT or BSPT (external) threaded types. Typically, nozzles from 1/4 inch to 1 inch can be manufactured from brass, 316 stainless steel castings, TEFLON PTFE, or PVC materials. For special applications, other materials can also be used.
