The PAC dosing unit produced by Jiangsu Zhuoya Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. meets all technical requirements of sewage treatment plants. The complete equipment includes a mixing tank, mixer, dosing pump, level gauge, solenoid valve, pneumatic ball valve, shut-off valve, Y-type filter, safety valve, pulse damper, pressure gauge, back pressure valve, etc. The PAC dosing unit is also equipped with a PLC automation control system to control the automatic operation of the dosing system.
    The PAC dosing unit undergoes factory inspection and functional testing before leaving the factory. The manufacturing of the equipment, electrical connections, and functions are comprehensively inspected according to standards and requirements, and the test results are attached to the product quality certificate.
PAC dosing unit performance test:
    According to the applicable standards, each part of the PAC dosing unit is tested and inspected in sequence. This includes testing the installation and connection accuracy of the entire system, ensuring smooth operation, and conducting continuous tests of no less than 3 hours for each piece of equipment under actual working conditions or simulated conditions approved by the owner. The test results guarantee that the functional requirements of the user are met, with no abnormal phenomena.
    After all equipment installation is completed, a comprehensive performance test is conducted. The results must meet standards and specifications. If requirements are not met, our company will take timely measures to ensure the performance meets user demands.
PAC dosing unit performance test process is as follows:
  1) The PAC dosing unit operates at maximum design capacity for 2 days. If performance does not meet design capacity or equipment failure occurs, the cause will be identified and the test repeated.
  2) If the equipment still fails to meet design capacity and performance requirements after three consecutive tests, our company will replace the faulty parts or the entire equipment within one month.
PAC dosing unit installation and commissioning
1. Our company is responsible for the installation guidance of the entire PAC dosing unit, as well as equipment commissioning and trial operation. We are also responsible for the equipment quality and normal operation during the warranty period. During equipment installation, commissioning, and trial operation, we will have an on-site supervisor responsible for liaising with the owner regarding related work. Without the owner's permission, we cannot replace or withdraw any supervisor or instructor.
2. Our company will dispatch personnel to the site within 3 days after receiving the owner's request via fax or phone.
3. Before equipment installation begins, our company will provide corresponding installation requirements and drawings.
4. Upon completion of installation and commissioning, the owner is required to provide a comprehensive written evaluation of our technical personnel's skill level, moral character, and work attitude, and sign and seal the evaluation.
