4. Plastic Extruder Barrel

1)Barrel material uses premium 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, fully nitrided, surface hard chrome plated (roughness grade 10). Hardness approx. HRC65-75, barrel length L=120mm/section;

2)One barrel section is the feed section, three sections are reserved for auxiliary feeding, the sixth section is the venting section, the seventh section is the extrusion section, the remaining sections are closed barrels.
