This testing line is a custom-made small dual-component composite FDY stretching spinning testing machine according to user requirements.
Used for polyester, nylon, polypropylene, or adding functional masterbatch, etc., for melt composite spinning, drawing, winding, etc., the finished yarn is made into cylindrical, cone-shaped filaments. Dual-component structures include hollow structure, skin-core structure, petal structure, side-by-side structure, sea-island structure, etc.
This machine is also suitable for dual-component composite spinning.
The process principle of this experimental unit: using micro single screw mixing extruder for melting, plasticizing extrusion, two different materials are extruded through two screw main units; sharing the same mold cavity to flow into the spinneret for spinning, this unit uses air-cooled roller winding traction forming; secondary preheating winding roller for stretching and setting again, winding completes the experimental sampling.
