The SHJ series parallel co-rotating modular twin-screw is mainly used for plastic granulation production, widely applied in homogeneous plasticization, coloring, blending, high filling, reinforcement modification, and recycling of various plastic mixture formulas and polymer materials; Main barrel and screw: The co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder barrel and screw are designed and manufactured based on the modular principle. This unit's small sample granulator is designed for the basic formula of conductive black masterbatch, with 20% powder + 80% pellets mixed feeding for granulation. The material performance requires the unit operating temperature to be about 350°C, and this unit can withstand high temperatures up to about 500°C. The screw and barrel are surface-hard chrome plated, offering corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, with a capacity of about 3-8 kg/hour.
