The original design of the cotton plucker's center, conductive circuit, and the lifting/lowering mechanism of the trolley had significant operational flaws. Frequent bearing damage often led to power circuit interruptions, wire breakage, trolley malfunctions, motor burnout, and even fire accidents, severely impacting normal production. To minimize failures and achieve an ideal central conductive device, after years of effort, production trials, and valuable feedback from colleagues in cotton mills, a new design was developed. It features a long service life, easy installation and removal, and requires no maintenance, greatly reducing economic losses caused by electrical, motor, and other issues. This design fully leverages the machine's high efficiency in opening and blending operations. The technical design employs multiple cast copper rings with layered insulation as the central conductive column for the slip ring. The brush plates on both sides are pressed firmly by spring force, and the brush assembly rotates around the central conductive column without the need for bearing support. The cotton grabbing volume is regulated by a time relay, ensuring truly efficient and fault-free operation. It is an ideal electronic product. Based on the circuit schematic, connections should be made one by one according to the corresponding labels.
