▍ Working Principle

The main working principle of a static torque sensor is to calculate torque by measuring the deformation of strain gauges. When torque is applied to the sensor, the elastic body deforms, and the strain gauges sense this deformation, resulting in changes in resistance. These changes are connected to a bridge circuit, which generates a voltage signal proportional to the torque. After processing by subsequent signal conditioning circuits, readable torque data is obtained.
