▍ Working Principle

The torsion ring load cell uses elastic material as its mechanical structure. When an object applies force to the sensor, the elastic material undergoes deformation, which causes the resistance strain gauge attached to the elastomer to deform, resulting in a change in resistance value. Since the excitation voltage is constant, a corresponding balanced voltage is generated at the signal end. The sensor signal processor performs low-pass filtering, amplification, and analog-to-digital conversion on this voltage signal, ultimately outputting a standard analog signal or a computable digital signal.
